Please read the following licence terms fully before undertaking installation
or usage of "CodeBench". The licensing terms as listed below are
final and binding.
This licence applies to the software package known as
"CodeBench"
(hereby known as "the software"), and in order to comply
with this licence you must adhere to the following:
-
Only the "SE" and "Hollywood"
version licenses of the software are supplied to you free of charge. There is no limit to the amount of
machines you may install the software on, but they must be owned by you. Installing the software
on a machine not owned by you contravenes the terms of this licence unless agreement has been made by prior
arrangement.

You may NOT reverse engineer, modify or alter in any way any
part of the software package to which this licence pertains. You may
NOT redistribute this software to third parties, or duplicate
it in any way (in part or in whole) unless it is to install it on another
machine that belongs to you. Failure to comply means you should stop using
the software and remove it from any storage media you may have the software
copied to. Distribution of this software is reserved to authorized channels
only. Currently the only official way to obtain this software is to either
purchase a personal licence to the full version, or via the download link
available at codebench.co.uk. If you
have received this software from any other source, you should remove it,
and download it again from the correct location.

their respective software distributions in their limited form. Failure to
comply with any part of these licenses can mean that the relevant copyright
laws may be enforced as far as possible in the country of jurisdiction, and
you should remove the software immediately from all machines.
